The Flash
This image was done for a college class. I was required to trace an existing image of The Flash for part of the final class project. I traced out the original image using the “Pen” and “Pencil” tools in Illustrator. I then used the “Gradient Mesh” tool to add color to the image. Using the “Gradient Mesh” tool allowed me to add the shading and highlights to the image. The mesh tool also allowed me to create the muscle and body part definition. This was my first real use of the “Gradient Mesh” tool.
